Self-Harm
This toolkit aims to help you understand more about self-harm and what to do if you are worried about yourself or someone else. It explains what self-harm is, what to do if you or someone you know is self-harming, and how to help.
Anxiety Disorders
We all experience anxiety, however, when feelings of intense fear and distress become overwhelming and prevent us from doing everyday activities, an anxiety disorder may be the cause. The toolkit gives a holistic range of the various types and forms of anxiety disorders, the symptoms and coping mechanisms.
Kindness and Mental Health
There is a strong link between kindness and mental health. This toolkit explores the various ways you can practice kindness as an individual, and in your immediate community. It also provides tips and ways to promote mental health in schools and at work.
Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a chronic brain disorder, the symptoms can include delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, trouble with thinking and lack of motivation. Schizophrenia is often misunderstood as there are many unfounded assumptions about it. With treatment, most symptoms of schizophrenia will greatly improve and the likelihood of a recurrence can be diminished. This toolkit provides all you need to know on schizophrenia.
